creatively-challenged
July 22, 2008i am a self-proclaimed “artist”(we all proclaim something at one point, right?). An artist in the sense that i categorize myself in a category where the only person that could be under that specific category would be just myself. whew! huh? you dont get it? GOOD. 
ahhh…the reputation of artists.
Moving on.A little bit of history here <boring stuff.really.> After taking the local board exam, i found myself going gaga over tweaking photographs. This was the result of pure boredom at its finest. At first, I would edit my own pictures to amuse my narcissitic self. I showed them to a few friends, posted them on deviantart and on profiles on different social networks, and well…received a few compliments. 
I started with ULEAD sytems then GIMP then finally fell in love with Photoshop. Oh how i love to reminisce the PAST. its been ages since I tinkered with another photo.
But art pounded on my Left (is it left or right?) Hemisphere after i bought a pair of purple sandals from…ARTWORK. tingnan mo nga naman… Its their annual Tshirt printing contest and I was kind of interested. I suddenly had a concept in mind and the juices started flowing…creative juices that is. I might just enter that contest after i would be able to rekindle my affair with Photoshop. Before i end this post, i just want to share the work of an AWESOME Brazilian artist. His name is Eduardo Recife. My concept would be heavily inspired by his works. anyway, this image left me inspired. enjoy.
